برنامج "آي ستار" للخريجين
يمنح هذا البرنامج فرصةً لحديثي التخرج الطموحين و الموهوبين الذين يتطلعون إلى العمل في مجموعة قرقاش وبدء مسيرتهم المهنية ، حيث يوفر لهم البرنامج مسارًا مميزًا مُصمّمًا خصيصًا لرفع مستوى أدائهم و صقل مهاراتهم وتطويرهم لاكتشاف قدراتهم و امكانياتهم ، فضلاً عن تعزيز علاقاتهم و تطويرها وتنمية القدرة على حل المشاكل. كما يهدف هذا البرنامج على تمكين المواطنين و تهيئتهم ليصبحوا مؤهّلين للقيادة و حمل راية التقدّم والازدهار بهدف شغل مناصب في مختلف قطاعات العمل.

iStar Technical Apprenticeship Program
The nine-month program offers hands-on automotive training for UAE Nationals interested in vocational education. The program focuses on Electromechanical Maintenance and Light Vehicle Service, equipping participants with practical skills. It was launched under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Gargash Group and Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI), specifically through its Vocational Education Development Centre (VEDC).
