iStar Graduate Program: Fast-tracking Future Leaders

This six-month program offers real-world experience, cross-functional exposure, and guided mentorship for participants through roles across finance, IT, legal, marketing, and more. With growth pathways leading to full-time opportunities, iStar transforms fresh graduates into confident professionals ready to take on the future.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a UAE National with a valid Family Book
Minimum GPA of 2.5 from an accredited university
Either a fresh graduate or undergraduate in final semester or Alumni with less than one year experience
Passion for learning, adaptability, and commitment to excellence

iStar Technical Apprenticeship Program

The nine-month program offers hands-on automotive training for UAE Nationals interested in vocational education. The program focuses on Electromechanical Maintenance and Light Vehicle Service, equipping participants with practical skills. It was launched under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Gargash Group and Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI), specifically through its Vocational Education Development Centre (VEDC).

What Does The Program Offer?

A combination of practical training and theoretical learning
Hands-on experience at the Gargash Service Workshop
In-house technical training and expert supervision
Classroom instruction at the VEDC campus
Potential for a full-time role upon successful completion

Eligibility Criteria

UAE National with a valid family book
Evaluation based on academic performance, personality and interest assessments
Completion of a theoretical technical assessment
Interview performance based on demonstrated technical aptitude
